Tire Protection

Globe’s PAP will pay or reimburse any cost resulting from a road hazard flat tire, punctured tires, curb damage and cuts.

Windshield Protection

Globe’s PAP will pay or reimburse any cost resulting from a road hazard stone chip to the windshield or in case of a cracked windshield. Unfortunately due to our harsh Canadian winter, we must replace a chipped or cracked windshield as repairing it will result in a fissure.

Emergency Roadside Service

• Tow Out of Ditch – Get pulled out if you are stuck in snow or mud.
• Lockout Service – Gain entry when keys are locked inside the vehicle.
• Jump Start – If your vehicle experiences battery failure, we’ll provide a jump start.
• Flat Tire Assistance & Replacement – We’ll replace a flat or damaged tire with the spare, or get the car towed to the nearest service facility.
• Fuel Delivery – If you run out of gas, we’ll deliver 5-10 liters to your location. Simply call the number found in back of your car rental key tag.

Towing in Case of Accident

Globe’s PAP includes towing in case you are involved in an accident and/or the rented car is non-drivable. We will pay towing fees at no charge to you.

Emergency Transportation

Globe’s PAP includes trip interruption benefit in case you are involved in an accident or experience a mechanical failure. Globe will reimburse for any taxis, emergency transportation, fares up to $125 (inclusive of all fees and taxes).

Hotel Accommodation

Globe’s PAP includes reimbursement of hotel accommodation in case you are involved in an accident or experience a mechanical failure, which cannot be attended to within the same day.  Globe will reimburse you up to $125 for hotel expenses (inclusive of all fees and taxes).

Loss of Use

Globe’s PAP exempts the renter and all additional drivers from any loss of rental income resulting from an accident while the vehicle is in the repair facility.

Personal Car Deductible Saver

Globe’s Deductible Saver applies strictly to those clients that choose to use their personal car insurance policy to cover a rental car in Montreal.  Deductible Saver option pays the deductible amount (up to $1,000) on their own insurance policy should there be a claim on the rented vehicle.

Interior Damage of Rental Car

Globe’s PAP exempts the renter for all unintentional damage to the interior panels, stains and spills to the rented car.  This coverage is limited to $400 (taxes included) per rental contract.

Vehicle Personal Content Damage

Globe’s PAP coverage reimburses the renter for any damage of his/her personal belongings (including GPS & CELL) left in the car rental.  This coverage is limited to $400 (inclusive of all fees and taxes) per rental contract.

Vehicle Personal Content Theft

Globe’s PAP coverage reimburses the renter for any theft of his/her personal belongings (including GPS & CELL) left in the rental car  This coverage is limited to $400 (inclusive of all fees and taxes) per rental contract.
