Our cars are sanitized and disinfected in between each rental! In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have implemented several changes to our delivery method and cleaning process:
- Live Agents are standing by to serve you upon arrival Mon-Fri from 7h30 to 18h00 and Sat-Sun from 8h00 to 12h00 via our Kiosks. This means no physical contact is required. Kiosk touch screens and phone handsets will be disinfected several times throughout the day.
- All keys will be disinfected. Door handles, steering wheel, dashboards, control buttons, radio/climate control and touchscreens will be sprayed and sanitized in between each rental.
- Our staff will follow strict guidelines for their safety and yours including wearing and changing gloves after each car they wash.
- Vehicle returns are just as easy, simply drop the keys in the key drop box and go. Remember, you are responsible for all damages on the vehicle until it’s physically checked in by our staff the next day.
