Thank you for contacting about this serious issue. Safety is #1 at Globe. The vehicle you rented was flagged for complete check up and the tires were perfectly fine. We recently had very icy conditions even with a 4X4 one would have to be careful. We hope your most recent rental of the Nissan Rogue AWD was a better experience with all the snow we had 🙂 Thank you for your loyalty and for your advisement

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, what you described is not what transpired. We tried to contact you to the phone you provided all morning when you didn’t show up as expected. We also texted you – apparently you gave us the wrong number. We also sent you an email to contact us without any response. So when you arrived 3 hours later, the car you booked was no longer there and the vehicle we upgraded was not acceptable to you as it was too big!

Thank you for contacting us and we are sorry for your frustration. As explained to you, the rate you selected was for a base rate without mileage included. It is clearly noted on Step 2 of the truck reservation process, in the confirmation page and finally in the email that you receive. For your information, we do have rates that include mileage online. As for the collision insurance, it is never in included in the price of the truck rental. The truck/van being a commercial vehicle requires coverage that personal insurance or credit cards don’t cover. It is like with any car rental agency. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you give us another try.

Thank you for contacting us and we are sorry for your frustration. The simple reason, you were refused to pick the car was because the rules of your credit card company stipulates that the “CARD HOLDER” must be physically present to pick up the vehicle. This is not in our control. The fact that you had her passport on hand doesn’t replace her presence and her signature. Unlike other car rental companies, the credit card we ask online is not a payment – and you were never charged for the car rental! So there is nothing to refund. We did fix your issue the next day 😊 with her being present – we hope you enjoyed your trip. Thank you.
